I am originally from New Hampshire where I taught middle and high school English. I decided to move to Tennessee in 2014 for a change of scenery, and continued teaching for another five years. I met my husband Jared through mutual friends, and decided to leave the classroom when we had our son in 2019.

As a stay-at-home mom, I found myself missing that creative spark I used to get when planning fun and creative lessons for my students - well, this creativity was reignited when we celebrated milestones for our son, and I would go over the top with decor! I decided to jump headfirst into turning this passion into a business, and Honest Fun Balloon Decor, LLC was born.

Today, we are the definition of a family run business. I work out of our home, sometimes taking over the playroom and even dining room when we have large events to prep for. I work one on one with all of our fabulous clients to plan and execute their vision.

My husband has donated many late nights to helping inflate, tie, stuff, and even double stuff balloons for me! He assists on large installs that require larger transportation, and sometimes he even becomes my carpenter when I need a specialized backdrop made. Together, there is no request we can’t make happen for our clients!
